Terms and Conditions

Final and Non-Refundable Services
All services are final and non-refundable.

Labor Guarantee
Labor is not guaranteed except in cases of defective workmanship reported within a reasonable time after service.

Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of any service call, diagnostic, or repair, regardless of repair outcome.

Parts Warranty
Installed parts carry a limited 60-day warranty against manufacturer defects only. Warranty excludes misuse, wear and tear, improper maintenance, and unrelated failures.

Used Equipment Repairs
Repairs on used equipment are performed on a best-effort basis. Max Power Repairs Inc. is not liable for future equipment failures or malfunctions after service.

Equipment Sales
Equipment sales are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

Limitation of Liability
Max Power Repairs Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to equipment failure, repair, or downtime.

Maintenance Plan Cancellation
Maintenance plans may be canceled with sixty (60) days’ written notice. Client remains responsible for services performed and parts supplied prior to cancellation.

Exclusive Service Provider
During any maintenance agreement, Max Power Repairs Inc. shall be the exclusive provider of covered repairs, maintenance, and parts unless otherwise approved in writing.
By engaging Gym Technicians / Max Power Repairs Inc. for any service, diagnostic, repair, or maintenance plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
